Joshua Christian is a Senior Executive & AI Consultant at HRD Strategies, Inc., where he partners with CEOs and CHROs to modernize HR operations and deploy practical AI that improves decisions, speeds delivery, and elevates leadership performance. He brings 15+ years of strategic HR leadership across healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, services, and private equity–backed organizations, with a track record of aligning people strategy with business goals to build high-performing cultures and accelerate growth.

As a Chief Human Resources Officer, Joshua has rebuilt HR infrastructure, reduced turnover, overseen budgets as large as $13.9M, and implemented enterprise HRIS platforms including Workday and Oracle Cloud HCM. His executive consulting work spans org design, workforce planning, compensation philosophy, change management, and leadership development.

In recent years, Joshua has deepened his expertise in artificial intelligence and people analytics, earning certifications in generative AI, Python, and prompt engineering from IBM and Google. He has since architected several proprietary AI-powered tools for HR consulting, including Cataliist360, an end-to-end 360-feedback platform; C-Suite Catalyst, a leadership coaching framework embedded into custom AI agents; and an AI HR Copilot prototype for policy guidance and analytics. He also leads process modernization work, replacing fragile manual workflows with Python-based orchestration and standardized reporting systems.
